The successive developments in the Internet have contributed to the creation of a new form of media, whose classifications and names have varied among those interested and media specialists, who called it new media, and alternative media, which includes virtual social networks, blogs, electronic forums, mailing groups, and other forms and types. In addition to its role at the social level, and its contribution to the development of the social situation, and gradually overcoming ready-made models and inclusive templates in social relations, without this shaking the social structure and causing cracks in it. Websites have made a great development not only in the history of the media, but in the lives of individuals at the personal, social and political levels, and came to form a virtual world that opens the way wide for individuals, gatherings and organizations of all kinds, to express their opinions and positions on issues and topics of interest to the public, and these sites were able to provide citizens with new channels to participate in social activities, which makes politics a public affair practiced by most members of the people without being limited to groups without others This is because these sites encourage individuals who are not active or active to participate in social events, so that it can be said that they can be a political voice for the average and extraordinary citizen.
