The research deals with the study of the British position on Italy's occupation of Albania, where the research reviewed the case of Italy after the end of the First World War until Mussolini assumed power, which began the colonial approach to regaining the prestige of Italy, as the research dealt with the German takeover of Austria and then Czechoslovakia, which led to the embarrassment of Mussolini and worried The public opinion in Italy, which began to complain about Italy’s failure to achieve anything of its ambitions in North Africa and elsewhere, while Germany had the lion’s share in the spoils of the Berlin - Rome axis, so Mussolini wanted to precede him and consolidate his position by occupying Albania in the year 6 April 1939. The research is the response of the British government, which was initially a peaceful response on the basis that Albania is actually occupied by Italy, so Britain held an emergency meeting in the British House of Commons, which totally rejected what Italy had done towards Albania and the extent to which this work would affect the future in the Mediterranean Treaty 1938.
