By extrapolating the old Arabic dictionaries, we find that it is devoid of the word (terrorism), a word approved by the linguistic complex. On the other hand, terrorism is a Qur’anic term that has a double meaning, fear of God and fear of man. The first is a positive meaning because fear of God leads to piety and adherence to His teachings that He sent in heavenly books such as the Torah,
