The observed relationships and their impact on the cohesion of the text in Surat Al-Furqan

Abstract

Our ancient scholars have discerned the observed relationships as a strong link between sentences with each other; and then they concluded that the correlation is as follows:



First: An apparent Correlation; the connection between them ( i.e. the two sentences) as the words are related each other and not completed with the first ) sentence), and also if the second is related to the first in terms of interpretation and confirmation.



Second: A disappeared Correlation; it seems that each sentence is independent of the other, and that it is different from the type that begins with it, and it is conjunctived with its prepositions by one of conjunctives, and there must be an unifying side between them. Or that the sentence is conjunctived to its former, and the connection- in this case- is moral because there must be a prop to link words; these props are moral clues working on correlation that is done by antibiosis or digression.



This research dealt with a number of notable relationships that help in the textual interweaving, applying them to Surat Al-Furqan, which are:



Causation relationship.

Appendix relationship.

Adherence relationship.

Circumstance relationship.

Relationship of the estimated question and its answer.

Interpretation relationship.

The relationship of summation and detail.
