Abstract

The Fatimids had a great impact on Islamic history in general and Egyptian history in particular, as science and arts advanced during their era, and Cairo was present at its time, and students from all over the world came to it to acquire knowledge and knowledge, and books spread and money was made for poets and writers, and the current research deals with some features of the Fatimid state In Egypt, by studying it an analytical study by clarifying the centers of culture during the era of the Fatimid state, such as mosques, the most important of which is the Al-Azhar Mosque, the palaces of ministers and libraries, the most important of which is the Dar Al-Ilm Library, and the Dar Al-Hikma Library. The research also dealt with the most famous scholars and writers in the Fatimid era in Egypt. Since the Fatimids settled in Egypt, they were interested in working to spread scientific and literary culture, and the Al-Azhar Mosque had a great impact on the advancement of cultural life in Egypt. And doctors, and the names of a group of poets and scientists, and geniuses of astronomy, mathematics, nature, medicine, literature and prose, shone.
