Limited to hearing: definition, causes and methods of treatment

Abstract

Linguists used to use the words analogy, origin, steadfast, predominant, more, more, chapter, and rule..., which are equal words to indicate what is being measured. And the use of a word from it in their books makes it justifiable for modern authors and others to measure what has not been heard against what has been heard.

This anomaly is what is few and what is less, and the meaning of the least: the use of linguistics that only one or two witnesses mentioned, and when this witness is poetry, grammarians sometimes call it poetic necessity, and at other times they say about it: It is rare that is memorized and not measured against it. As for the few, it is what was mentioned by more than one witness, and it is prose that sometimes includes the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet’s hadith, and the sayings of the Arabs. That is why linguists limit the rules contained therein to hearing, and use the term (restricted to hearing).
