Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the master of the prophets and messengers, our master Muhammad, may God’s prayers be upon him, his family and companions, and peace be upon him abundantly. And after..This research aims at the extent to which Islamic law takes care of women, and establishes their marital rights, especially in the case of divorce. in which a woman needs special care due to divorce; Because of the desolation of divorce, and its negative effects on her, and that the wisdom in her affirmation is to alleviate the burden of the woman. What happened to her, because of the severance of the bond of marriage, on the part of the man; and compensate her for what she missed; To redress her danger, and to help her, so the Islamic legislation obligated (mut’a divorce), and the matter of estimating it was left to the ruler, and according to the change in social and economic conditions, and the husband’s financial condition, so he made it legislation Valid for every time and place, and that the woman's pleasure is estimated according to the circumstances, and according to the husband's financial condition, and according to the harm that the woman has suffered.
