This research deals with the issue of commonality in financial coefficients, Islam has come to organize the needs of people for those transactions according to the rules and controls decided and stipulated by Islamic jurisprudence and civil law, and the most important of these things that Islamic jurisprudence and civil law organized by the issue of commonality in the rule of the will, the origin of the property to be detached and distinct, but this situation is not always, the king may arise and multiple owners in a way that makes it prove to several people on the same thing at the same time and this is called ownership Common, and is divided when the jurists into two parts optional commonality and compulsory commonality, the optional commonality which accepts division and depends out of it or stay in it on the will of the owners and when not agreeing each of them has the right to become his right sorted through division.
