Several women and related provisions

This research aims at the extent of Islamic law’s care for women, and the statement of their waiting period, as the waiting period is a legal ruling for every divorced woman, or her husband has passed away, and there is not a single day in which a case of divorce or death occurs; As the separation increases between the spouses, so it is necessary for the woman to know the provisions of the waiting period, so that she does not get married before the end of her waiting period, as indicated by the Islamic Sharia, so the woman is waiting for someone else, because God Almighty says: “And do not intend to conclude the marriage contract until the book reaches its term.” This noble verse, is indicated.
