Abstract

Nasser Abdel Fattah Ibrahim (Iraq )was born in Cairo on March 21, 1961. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts In Zamalek in 1984 , Department of Oil Painting. He currently works as editorial director in (Arabic alphabet) Magazine, which Issued by the Culture and Science Symposium Foundation in Dubai

Nasr Iraq has won many prizes for his novels, the most important of them Is his novel “The Women of Cairo . Dubai.” which it began to reach the Short list In the novel (I see my novel), which turned it into television drama, throughout the first year (2018 ), which was launched by the Abu Dhabi Media Corporation in May (2018 )

The actions of the novel is about an Egyptian Christian family with successive generations over several years. Through it, the writer shows what Egyptian women went through in the late twentieth century, specifically since 1973 , and the symbolism that year represents in modern Egyptian history, all the way to 2011 , The January Revolution, by showing the social changes that Egyptian society has gone through because the family Is a part of the society

This paper aims to study the narrator types that the writer adopted in his narration of the actions of his novel, and the significance and importance of each type in the narrator’s narrative structure
