Abstract

This study aimed to know the current strategies of public relations practitioners in the tourism sector, what are its main disadvantages, and to know the activities that the public relations agency is interested in practicing. Tourism sector,The researcher selected a deliberate sample consisting of (155) individual employees of the Department of Public Relations in the tourism sector and tourism companies in the governorates of Luxor and Aswan. This study was also applied to a deliberate sample of public relations practitioners in question, This study is one of the descriptive studies, it aims to describe the role of strategies of public relations practitioners in the tourism sector in promoting tourism development .Therefore, the study will use the sample survey method in collecting data, which is the most suitable research methodology for this study in order to obtain the necessary information and data for that study,The survey tool was used to prepare and distribute the questionnaire forms to public relations staff in the tourism sector in Aswan and Luxor, in order to know the effectiveness of the role of the public relations agency and its role in promoting tourism development.
