Abstract

(In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful) Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of messengers and the seal of the prophets, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions.Now, this research aims to shed light on jurisprudential issues and choices based on piety - issues of family rulings.Since jurists have origins on which to base their opinions, there are origins that are agreed upon by all jurists, scholars and those of legal persuasions;Such as the Qur’an, the Sunnah, consensus, and analogy.There are different assets in it, the degree of acceptance, and which is applied to any Like the talk sent, the work of the townspeople, the interest sent, the words of the companions and the approval...Despite the diversity of these assets, we find that some fatwas may be issued by the jurist, taking into account a great deal of other origins of religion, namely the pious,The respondent shall make the verdict on the matter, and then the highest decision shall be taken, which judgment shall be taken if it is pious.Twenty-five questions were addressed in this paper: breast-feeding, contract, marriage, divorce, and God who is good and guiding both.The letter concludes with conclusions, recommendations and catalogues, and may God Almighty accept them well.
