This research deals with the subject of the verses about the heart in the Holy Qur’an, their meaning and jurisprudential dimensions. It is known that every organ in man was created for a specific action and wisdom, through which goodness and benefit are achieved if it is employed in what it was created for, so the heart is through it. A person will be fit if he becomes healthy, and his companion will perish if he is sick. It is one of the most important issues in the Qur’an and one of its topics is the heart and the rulings and obligations related to it. The objective interpretation of the Holy Qur’an came and dealt with the topics of the Holy Qur’an with explanation and research. This research was entitled: (The verses of the heart in... The Holy Qur’an, its meaning and jurisprudential dimensions.
I divided the research into: an introduction and two sections.
I discussed in the introduction: the definition of the heart linguistically and terminologically.
In the first section: Qur’anic verses related to the heart: It has two requirements:
The first requirement: Verses of the heart in the Holy Quran.
The second requirement: Types of the heart in the Holy Qur’an.
The second section was about: the jurisprudential dimensions of the heart:
It has two requirements:
The first requirement: Intention in Islamic jurisprudence.
The second requirement: the time and place of the intention.
Conclusion: It contains the most important results and recommendations of the research.
