This research is considered one of the important investigations because it relates to one of the issues of division, which is the issue of divorce, and through it the extent of Islam’s care for women and its preservation is revealed. Accordingly, the issue of doubt about divorce has been detailed, and what the jurists dealt with it, and their statements and weighting in it have been mentioned and their evidence mentioned. And the extent of caution in it and in doubt regarding divorce in general.

The nature of the research required dividing it into an introduction, a preface, three sections, and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It contains the importance of the research and its plan.

Then the introduction: It contains two requirements, the first: the definition of jurisprudential precaution, and the second: the definition of divorce.

The research was divided into three sections: The first topic: The effect of doubt on the origin of divorce. The second topic: The effect of doubt on the number of shots. The third topic: The effect of doubt on the nature of divorce.

Then I concluded the research with a conclusion containing the most important results and recommendations, then a list of the most important sources and references.
