Abstract

The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, explained in his Sunnah the obligation of knowledge on the members of his nation. He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim.”

The importance of jurisprudential rulings is not hidden, as a person is inseparable from his need for them throughout his day, as a person worships God with what he knows of those rulings, and understanding religion is one of the best and most important things a Muslim is preoccupied with.

It is enough of an honor to urge the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to gain understanding in religion, as he, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Whoever God desires good for, He will grant him understanding in religion.”

Some of these rulings are apparent and clear, and some are understood by analogy and otherwise, and among the jurists are those who based some of their jurisprudential rulings on other than the foundations of their doctrine. There is no clear text in the ruling on one of the issues, but he based his ruling on this issue on a principle in Sharia that is concerned with by many jurists, which is (piety).

The need was to collect the issues contained in the books of jurisprudence based on piety. Therefore, this message was devoted to this section, asking God for help, success, payment, and acceptance.
