This study is interested in knowing about the role of digital public relations in the websites of service ministries in increasing public awareness of climate change issues in light of the technological tools available for public relations in their use in websites. Where the study aimed to identify the nature of the information provided by digital public relations to raise awareness of climate change issues and monitor the media used by public relations in providing content on the website in addition to measuring public satisfaction with digital public relations and its role in raising awareness of climate change issues and to achieve the goal of the study was based on the survey methodology and then analyze and link data and find relationships through statistical analysis, The study found 1) that the public's awareness of climate change issues increases with increasing their satisfaction with digital public relations on websites, and public satisfaction with the various tools used in websites increases the public's understanding of climate issues 2) Diversity in providing information through the use of various media and tools on the website helps to increase public awareness of climate change issues in their various fields.The study also recommends that service ministries develop digital awareness content through social media platforms and websites. Encouraging service ministries to actively interact with followers through comments and responses, as well as encouraging participation in various competitions and awareness campaigns.
