This study aimed to investigate the impact of multimedia in electronic journalism on the ability of university students to recall content. Additionally, the study examined how demographic variables such as gender, economic status, and marital status influence students' use of electronic newspapers and their capacity to remember the information presented. Furthermore, the study sought to understand the effect of different types of media—such as colors, images, videos, and infographics—on the students' ability to retain content. Classified as a quasi-experimental study, this research utilized experiments with control and experimental groups to facilitate predictions regarding the studied phenomenon. The researcher employed the Uses and Gratifications Theory to explain how audiences use electronic newspapers to fulfill specific needs and desires, utilizing multimedia as a key factor. The study relied heavily on a quasi-experimental tool, specifically the quasi-experimental study form, to measure the impact of multimedia variables in electronic newspapers on content recall among university students.
