Abstract

Maritime transport is considered one of the most important types of transport for global trade. Maritime transport is also a means of transporting goods, merchandise and individuals to places where they are most useful. The prosperity and prosperity of any country’s economy is closely linked to the growth of its foreign trade with the rest of the countries. Ports are considered the port through which Countries from them to the outside world, and Tunisian ports gain great importance in the movement of goods transport, due to their distinguished geographical location of the Republic of Tunisia, and the length of its coastline, which reaches 1,357 km on the Mediterranean coast, and Tunisian ports contribute a large share to the commercial exchanges of the Republic of Tunisia, due to the proximity of the ports.
