In light of the rapid technological progress, technological developments, and dealing with Crypto currencies, there has been great interest in studying the impact of this technology on transactions and contracts from the perspective of Islamic legislation. This research includes an analysis of how contracts are concluded using crypto currencies via blockchain technology and their compatibility with the provisions of Islamic law.The problem of this research revolves around the extent to which the use of crypto currencies, such as Bitcoin, is consistent with Islamic law. In this study, the researcher seeks to provide Sharia'a solutions to contemporary challenges facing Islamic society in light of technological and technical progress. Perhaps the most important of these solutions is that crypto currencies can be consistent with Islamic Sharia provisions if they are free from fraud, riba, and maysir , and that smart contracts can be used in a manner consistent with Islamic legislation if they are designed in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia.Perhaps the most important recommendations made by the researcher are: cooperation between contemporary jurists and technical experts to enhance mutual understanding between them and provide appropriate fatwas that serve the Islamic community and enhance its economic system, and develop a regulatory framework or legislation to ensure the use of these technologies that is consistent with the provisions of Islamic law, not to mention educating society about the risks and benefits of such technologies in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of Islamic law and enhances security and transparency in transactions.
