seeking Libraries at Aswan University string to provide information and provide information services to the appropriate amount of students with special needs. This research aims to identify the role of university libraries in Aswan in providing information services to students within the library, locating these services and information provided to them. The study has adopted the field study approach to its appropriation, and the study sample of (65) of the students People with special needs, trade, trade and education, science, tunes and rights at Aswan University, and the study has adopted the questionnaire to collect field data that responds to the questions of the study. In addition to knowing the difficulties facing information services Introduction to people with special needs and means of overcoming them. The study pointed out that the most important difficulties are the most important of the racks commensurate with motor and visual disabilities, lack of sources written in Braille for libraries for people with visual disabilities, lack of guidance regulations engraved in the way "Braille" Or recorded. The study recommended the establishment of training courses for special needs and students with special needs, providing assistance and investment of Internet access in service, expansion of university libraries.
