Abstract

The research sets out to try to answer the question of the presence of “China” in the Arab heritage blog, and in the Saudi travel blog, considering that the latter is complementary to the former in terms of its dependence on the place and its culture, where the Arabian Peninsula is in the past, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in the present. The trend towards this question was imposed by the civilizational position of "China" throughout history, and its presence today as a great power, a radiant presence in global life, ancient and modern, that did not match the resonance it should have in Arab studies concerned with the "self" and the "other", which devoted a large part of their efforts to the Western "other" mostly! It is a question that resulted in objective answers related to the acceptance, coexistence and praise of the Arab cultural blog in the past, and Saudi culture in the present, for the Chinese "other" Through the vision of "China" as a creative and perfect civilization, a just and attractive state, and a homeland distinguished by the honesty, sincerity, and welcoming of its inhabitants, through the use of what suits the research from the mechanisms of general structural principles, and their semiotic direction, and through the Jakobsonian theory of communication, and some mechanisms of the implicit system that interprets signs.
