Mechanisms of artificial intelligence applications in Egyptian telecommunications companies and their relationship to performance levels: A study on the communicator

Abstract

The current study aims to identify the mechanisms of artificial intelligence applications in Egyptian telecommunications companies and their impact on job performance and efficiency in these companies. Considering that the study is one of the descriptive studies that describe a phenomenon and follow it to know the reasons for its occurrence, the study relied on the sample survey method to obtain the required information and data The study sample was selected from 40 experts in communications and artificial intelligence at Egyptian telecommunications companies, with 5 experts from each of the four telecommunications companies being selected, based on the in-depth interview tool, by directing a set of questions to the experts to achieve the study’s objective. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that Egyptian telecom companies are making extensive use of artificial intelligence technologies. It also showed that artificial intelligence applications improve the efficiency and quality of job performance within the company, enhance the customer experience within the company, and provide telecom companies with a range of benefits and services that lead to improved operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience with the company.
