Abstract

This study explores the role of Islamic culture in consolidating the foundations of building the Muslim society by analyzing its position as a source of values and principles that guide both individual and collective behavior, while shaping identity and belonging. Islamic culture emerges as a vital reference framework that preserves the authenticity of the Muslim community and enables it to adapt to contemporary challenges without compromising its fundamentals. The research highlights the doctrinal, intellectual, ethical, and social foundations that underpin the process of societal construction, alongside an analysis of the cultural and social challenges facing the Muslim world today. It further emphasizes the practical mechanisms through which Islamic culture can be activated in educational, media, and religious institutions to strengthen identity, reinforce values, and achieve a balanced interaction with modernity. The study concludes that Islamic culture remains the cornerstone for building a cohesive and stable society, capable of harmonizing authenticity with renewal, and engaging positively with other civilizations without assimilation or isolation.
